摘要：
The fluorescence of metal complexes of clioquinol (5-chloro-7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline) in micellar media is described. The relationship between fluorescence intensity and experimental variables was studied in order to develop a procedure for the fluorimetric determination of clioquinol with In(III) in CTAB medium. Linear calibrations were obtained in the ranges 5 x 10(-5) -2.5 x 10(-6) mol/l and 2.5 x 10(-6) - 5 x 10(-8) mol/l. The method was successfully applied to the determination of clioquinol in pharmaceutical preparations.
