摘要
The main purpose of the present study is to analyze the ethical values and enterprise social responsibility: a managerial platform in Private Universities. To accomplish this goal, theories of different authors were studied. Guedez (2006), Callejas (2005), Codina (2004), Garcia (2004), Fors (2002), Cortina (2001), Garzon y Garces (2001), Martin (2000), Santana (2000), Siliceo (1999), Elegido (1998), Etkin (1998), Rodriguez (1979) were analyzed for the ethic values. On the other hand, social responsibility's contents were studied from De la Cuesta (2002), Martinez y Pedreanez (2000), Tormes Angles (2000), Baptista Snell (1998), Garcia (1982) among others. An interpretative approach and a descriptive type with a nonexperimental design were applied through document analysis. Within this research, it is understood as a value the set of beliefs that an organization has on its daily tasks, as well as the organizations exercise their social responsibility when they pay attention to the expectations different groups have. To conclude, they will be focused on a wider knowledge in terms of values and social responsibility, allowing reflecting on its incidence as a managerial platform in Private Universities.
