摘要
Preliminary classification of Landsat Thematic Mapper and digital elevation model (DEM) data are described for elk habitat mapping in the mountains of central Colorado, USA. This work used six different data manipulation sets for comparison and evaluation purposes. Classification of these data have relatively low accuracy rates but provide the basis upon which future, more accurate classifications will be undertaken. © 1990 Taylor and Francis Ltd.
