The environmental issues and sustainability in undergraduate UNIVALI: pathways to university curriculum greening

摘要
This article presents the results of a scientific initiation Projects of the State Law 170, ProBIC and PIBIC/CNPq Programs, linked to a study by researchers of the Graduate Programs of Univali, that presented the objective to investigate the process of curricular greening in the Under-graduate courses of Univali. Other objectives were to elaborate a diagnosis of the curricular documents of the undergraduate courses of Univali, to identify actions and projects related to the issue of sustainability and social-environmental responsibility and to suggest subsidies for the proposal of a environmental institutional policy and of strategies for the " Sustainable Univali" Program. The subjects of the research were 38 voluntary professors and 10 coordinators of 12 undergraduate courses of Univali. The methodological approach was characterized by the quanti-qualitative focus and the use of documental analysis technique and Content Analysis (BARDIN, 2008) - with the application of a questionnaire using an electronic formulary. As indicators for the analysis the research used as a basis 10 characteristics of the ACES web (GELI, 2002; GELI at. al., 2003, 2004; AMORIM et. al, 2004; FREITAS, OLIVEIRA et. al, 2003, among others) and the " Sustainability Test" of the USP. The results are being used for the generation of subsidies for the environmental institutional policy of curricular greening proposed in the " Sustainable Univali Program".
