Radiative lifetimes for 12 of the 161 levels of Ti I reported recently by Salih and Lawler were found to be slightly in error due to misalignment of the fluorescence collection system in the laser induced fluorescence experiment. Improved lifetimes for these long lived levels are reported here. The renormalization of the Oxford Ti I oscillator strengths and revised value for the solar abundance of Ti are not affected by these new results.
