摘要：
Lipases with different fatty acid specificity were produced by Geotrichum candidum depending on growth condition. The hydrolysis of olive oil was inhibited by glycerol tributyrate and was dependent on Ca-ions for running at maximal rate. © 1990 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
