摘要：

Leiomyoma of the nasal cavity is an uncommon and rare benign tumor. It arises from the smooth muscle of blood vessels. Rarely is localized in the head and neck region, especially at the level of the nasal cavity where it is less than 1% of all benign tumors. Much more common is the localization in the female genitourinary tract. Currently in the literature have been reported just over 20 cases of leiomyoma localized nasal and paranasal sinus. The authors report the case of a nasal leiomyoma and a short review of the literature.
