摘要
The article emphasizes the character of the revolutionary movements in Mexico and Russia through the reports and chronicles of the American journalist John Reed. His experience as a war correspondent led him to witness and experience various political and social changes that impacted the entire world. Violence stands out as a way of destroying the past, that is, ending the old regime; eliminate resistance and build a new world in which a modern government program and an ideological change are imposed.
