摘要
From post War onward, the action of hegemonic capital in front of its new logic of reproduction enters in a period of intensification of diverse flows, like people, information, merchandise and money flow, a period that extends to the present, where the intensification of these relations is increasingly encouraged by global economies. The pursuit for speed of reproduction of capital begins to bring out competitiveness between the global economies and the necessity of intern economic strengthening of countries, resulting in formation of trade blocs. These transformations, that have assumed a new stance from the spreading of new technical systems, began to configure dealings between areas localized in different regions all over the world, forming what it is known today as a process of globalization. The commercialization of products between countries and trade blocs has caused diversified flows, relegating domestic economic issues in these countries. In these terms, the national States start, then, to interfere in these issues seeking to the economic integration in order to strengthen their economies. From that point of view, this academic work aims to analyze the exports made by the Rio Grande do Norte / Brazil, from 2003 to 2013, based on trade relations with the trade blocs and productive restructuring.
