摘要
In this paper, a convenient and efficient method to detect and compensate tool wear automatically on Line is studied. A simplified discrete-time mathematical model is established and a recursive filter algorithm is deduced. By separating the detected signal from random noise, the dimensional deviation information of workpiece caused by tool wear in cutting process can be obtained. A suitable control strategy is applied to compensate and correct the position parameters of cutting tools and consequently improve the accuracy in CNC lathe operation.
