摘要：
The Australian Commission for the Future (CFF) is one of a number of national institutions intended to carry out futures-related work. The point of assessing its performance is to consider issues of institutional design and make use of its experience as a social learning process. It will not surprise the reader that there have been successes and failures. Both are relevant to the wider picture and to the process of creating and implementing institutions of foresight.
