Sufficient conditions are obtained for a Lotka-Volterra system of the form dxi(t) dt = xi(t)bi- ∑ j=1 n aijxi(t - τjj), i = 1, 2, ..., n to be oscillatory about a componentwise positive steady state. The result obtained provides an extension of those in [2], [3] and [4]. © 1991.
