摘要：
This article presents information about the Seventh international scientific-practical conference "Teaching, learning and quality in higher education - 2010 titled "Scientific Research - Higher Education - Innovation". The conference was organized by the International Business School - Botevgrad and was held in the town of Pravets, Bulgaria on 18 and 19 June 2010. Issues, related to the link between research, training of cadres and innovation in the context of knowledge economy were the main discussion topics in the different sections.
