The training of human resources to work with information and communication technologies in education in Sergipe

At present the use of technological resources is an established fact, there is the use of technologies in the workplace, home and educational place. But, understanding how was the training of human resources to work with information and comunication technology and communication (ICT) in education is something that reminds us of the implantation of Programs and Projects in national and local level that have contributed to training professionals to working in ICT. Understanding the movement of human resources training to work with ICT in Sergipe schools was the result of a research conducted in the course of post - graduate doctorate in education from the Federal University of Sergipe. Observe the way how the training of professionals for the deployment and diffusion of ICT in education in the state of Sergipe happened, was a sine qua non condition for building a profile of the ideas floated in the educational environment and the conduction that was given in operationalization of these ideas. To monitor the actions of deployment and development of national programs with the use of ICT in educational context, each Brazilian state has assumed new responsibilities, which gave rise to the formation of teams of specialists and the creation of specific sectors in the State Department of Education that would be responsible for training, advice and monitoring of programs and projects at the local level, and that's how Sergipe created DITE, in 1994. How then was developed the training of human resources to work with ICT in Sergipe? To write this trajectory it was used documentation of the collection of DITE and academic productions that focused on working with ICT in Sergipe State and testimonials. Thereby contributing to the record of professional training to work with ICT.
