LARGE-SCALE STRUCTURE OF THE UNIVERSE - ANALYTICAL THEORY

The analytical theory of the nonlinear stage of Jeans instability in a cold nondissipative gas in an expanding Universe is developed. It is shown that the development of this instability leads to giant dark matter halo formation (on a scale of 200 kpc). This halo has a singularity of density rho proportional to r(-alpha), alpha approximate to 1,7-1,9. A comparison of analytical theory with numerical simulations is made, and a good agreement is established. On the basis of analytical dynamical solution the statistical method for calculation of galaxies and clusters correlation functions is developed. The comparison with observational data is achieved. The astrophysical consequence of the developed theory is discussed.
