摘要：
This review summarizes the present literature on two-dimensional crystallization of membrane proteins, with emphasis on the technical aspects. It includes all the intrinsic membrane proteins that have been crystallized after solubilization. Four general ways of making crystals are described in detail. Furthermore, suggestions for improving crystallization conditions are presented. © 1990.
