摘要
Nowadays, there are several notions about the human resources management, however, by own criteria which is more in line with our changing times -given the existing globalization- is that one that emphasizes the human being as the main focus within organizations (Saldarriaga, 2008) 1. On the other hand, innovation has also undergone a transformation through several generations and is the open innovation the last generation approach and the one that is causing large impacts today. This approach suggests that companies can commercialize internal ideas through external channels (and vice versa) in order to create value for the organization (Chesbrough, 2003) 2. In this sense, and based on the premise that those who innovate are not machines nor the organizations per se, but people who are inside them, this work is intended to pose in this regard, adding the importance of being connected to the outside and is here the point where this approach become related to the open innovation, without putting aside that companies are part of a system in which each agent has a key role in order that the whole system "works." All this said, emphasizing the need for a revolutionary Human Resources Management to allow open innovation takes place.
