摘要：
A female patient with Afzelius-Lipschutz chronic erythema migrans is described; the condition was difficult to diagnose, and the treatment strategy difficult to choose. The present case emphasizes that physicians should be on the alert in respect of this conditions in the areas endemic for ixodix arthropods and carry out comprehensive examinations of patients with erythematous eruptions, this permitting timely full-value therapy.
