摘要：

The questions of study of practice of primary education are analysed. The features of an educational educate process of folk schools, methods of primary education, progressive methods of teaching reading in national schools, are certain. Basic factors which rendered assistance to development of education are resulted. The values of trade of teacher are rotined in success of primary education. The high-quality improvement of methods of work of initial schools is selected. Distribution of voice method of teaching a deed, popularization of experience of front-rank teachers, rendered assistance it.
