TRACE-ELEMENTS IN MAN AND ANIMALS

TEMA-8, an international symposium held over five days in Dresden Town Hall and organised by or Anke and colleagues, attracted some 800 delegates from almost 50 countries worldwide. The majority of the results presented were collected from human studies or those conducted in laboratory rodents with less than 20% of studies conducted in farm animal species. This report presents a synapsis of the contributions relevant to farm animal practice.
