Notes on regional integration in our America

By means of this reflection I try to realize a displacement of the comprehension more generally accepted of the concept of integration, from the harmony towards the conflict, since I hold that to try to integrate is take charge and to enter the squeezes, the inconveniences and the disagreements that it takes I obtain any conflict. I did not want to refer to the integration as if it was one, that is to say, a more or less obtained, but better homogeneity, to speak about diverse processes of integrations, in his varied dimensions, already be political, economic, cultural or social, that not always are effected in joint form not much less rhythmic. Desire to place in this first assertion to affirm, in a forceful way, the troubled complexity and disharmonized that he accompanies to everything on any attempt integrationist, anyone is his character for, from this place, to be able to indicate some problematic questions that shape it.
