BRIGHT AND DARK LATTICE SOLITARY WAVES IN A DISCRETE NONLINEAR-SYSTEM

摘要：

Exotic lattice solitary wave solutions of a modified version of the discrete modified KdV equation and its d-dimensional generalization are found. The solutions describe both bright and dark lattice solitary waves depending on the values of parameters. It is shown that there exists a critical value of the parameters which divides the parameter space into bright and dark solitary wave ranges.
