摘要
Long-term fluctuations of the spring surface runoff from arable lands of the Eastern European and Western Siberian plains are investigated. Maps of runoff from fall-plowed fields and compacted plowed fields are compiled. The influence of the soil group and the degree of soil erosion on runoff is evaluated. Resources of spring runoff from arable lands in different agricultural provinces are calculated.
