摘要：
Ventricular tachycardias often occur in patients with organic heart disease. Less often ventricular tachycardias can be found in patients without structural heart disease. They often originate from the ventricular outflow tract or from the branching of the left fascicle. This review describes the pathophysiologic background, the diagnostic analysis, and the role of catheter ablation of these tachycardias.
