SOCIAL MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL COMMITMENT IN SOLIDARITY

The text focuses on the debate on ways of social management of public goods developed by civilian entities in partnership with public agencies. The central question is focused on the social commitment of the different actors and agents involved in the development of social projects or participation in councils, Ombudsman's offices, observatories or other forms of social participation in the public sphere. The central argument is developed-the action of social commitment is an historical building between different actors and social agents. Social commitment is the result of a bundle of relationships and actions with sense and meaning intelligible and agreed between the institutions and organizations where there are leanings, construction of knowledge, actions that place individuals in the center of their training, where information is an element and not the purpose of the action.
