摘要
This device consists of a SnO//2-Si heterojunction covered with a color filter which is highly photosensitive and has a fast response time. The transparent SnO//2 thin film on a Si wafer is separated into three photodiode regions by photoetching methods. The device is covered with a filter composed of three primary colors (red, green and blue). Thus colors in a section of the Maxwell triangle can be distinguished by one photodiode or a combination of the three photodiodes. This device for color distinction can be made very compact by means of semiconductor integration techniques.
