摘要
The impurity absorption of light and the luminescence on bound states in solid matter under magnetic fields are studied using the model of zero‐radius potential. The absorption constant K(Ω), at various configurations of the magnetic field intensity,H, and electric field intensity, E, is calculated. The results obtained for K(Ω) and the dependences of the electron binding energies on the short‐range potential on H are compared with experimental data in multivalley semiconductors. The peculiarities of the frequency dependence of the spectral intensity of radiation ϕ(Ω) are discussed. It is noted that ϕ(Ω), as a function of frequency Ω, at great H has an oscillatory character.
