摘要
First-order and higher-order perturbation methods, as used in the Monte Carlo (stochastic) solution of neutron transport theory, are applied to analyse problems of system reliability. A simple Markovian problem, with known solution, is used to demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of such an approach to the design of system reliability.
