摘要
Business performance is examined and critically discussed, incorporating a framework by linking measurement and its management operationally and strategically in order to create an impetus for success. Corporate social responsibility is defined and placed in its contemporary business context, highlighting the importance of stakeholder dialogue for the development of the added value dimensions, both in economic and societal terms. The synergy and relationship between strategic performance and corporate social responsibility, in a good ethical climate, are expounded and exposed as a vehicle for galvanizing management action leading to business excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
