摘要：
Freedom is a word often used as if it had an absolute sense. But freedom defines a state and no state is determined without specific characteristics which, by their very existence, discard others. Thus, freedom is not absolute, is always relative. This text discusses freedom in two words - creative commons - that is, implications of the use of such license in the world of academic and artistic production.
