Environmental education contextualized in the semiarid cearense: grants management and preservation of water resources

This paper presents a discussion relating to Environmental Education contextualized in the semiarid cearense, focusing on its importance for the management and preservation of water resources. Starting with a brief historical background of environmental education, reflections are made on the use of water resources in the semiarid cearense, focusing on some partners such as watershed committees, public authorities and school, they can use the precepts of Environmental Education for a more effective in improving the quality of life. In short, this is an important contribution to the semi-arid region of Ceara with a focus for development guided by sustainability.
