LEARNING STYLES DESCORTINANDO PROFESSIONAL SKILLS IN THE VISION OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The diversity of modes of access to knowledge is one of the most important in learning societies. Based on competences, the learning styles are based on a teaching-learning system that develops student's autonomy and ability to learn. On the topic of the learning styles: members of the professional competences in the vision of university students warranted, that the learning based on competences, means stablishing those that are considered necessary in today's world. The methodology of the research was a quantitative study with application of the questionnaire COMPUNEM and qualitative document analysis and semistructured interview. The results show that there is great awareness of students regarding learning styles to be essential to their education and their choices as competences to the professional activity. We conclude that there is still a big disconnection between university, society and business market.
