摘要
By analyzing the essence of the administrative support of the professional teachers advance, the authors determine the specific features of the professional skills development, give the description of the mastership levels and propose the most suitable system for supporting the professional teachers advance. The considered diverse measures are aimed at body height of professional skill of the teacher. They give the establishments to secure the basic effective directions of realization of this process.
