Spain's labor policies for Latin American Immigrants

The active labor policies for immigrants try to contribute to the increase of the incorporation possibilities and labor maintenance of these workers, combining, at the same time, flexibility and security in employment. In addition, in macroeconomic terms, the selective performance on the supply and demand, with measures such as the promotion of private initiative, the aid to mobility to sectors with enough demand, or the direct creation of employment, allow to reduce the imbalance or misalignment in the labor market.
