摘要：
The results of a study of frequency-modulation resonances of saturated absorption and saturated dispersion in He-Ne/CH4 lasers with ring and Fabry-Perot cavity are presented. Two possible applications of these resonances are examined: for super-high resolution laser spectroscopy and as frequency references in optical frequency standards. © 1990.
