ON THE KINETICS OF FORMATION OF EXCIMERS OF HALIDES OF INERT-GASES

摘要
An Ar-F laser is used as an example to demonstrate the essential or predominant role of the mechanism of the formation of excimer molecules, which is an alternative to conventional channels. The mechanism includes reactions with the participation of RX(+) ions, where R is an atom of inert gas, and X is that of a halide.
