摘要：
Lead and cadmium in urban dust were determined in different sites of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The mean lead and cadmium levels in industrial areas of the city were 208 and 2.8 mug/g, whereas in rural areas they were 106 and 1.6 mug/g, respectively. These levels relate to the activity of metal sources in the city of Riyadh. For the car park and centre main roads of the city, it was estimated that most of the lead was derived from petrol additives (via street dust and aerosol).
