This manuscript contains a complete description of the set of all unitarizable highest weight modules of classical Lie superalgebras, unitarity being defined in the superalgebraic sense. The algebras are over C, and it is a part of the classification to determine which real forms, defined by anti-linear anti-involutions, may occur.
