摘要
With the development of proteome research, quantitative proteomics is becoming a very active area of proteomics research. The development of quantitative proteomics requires the advancement of a number of mass spectrometry (MS)-based quantitative techniques. According to the mass spectrometric stage at which the peptides are quantified. MS-based quantitative methods can be divided into two categories: MS-based quantitation and MSn-based quantitation. In this review, the progress of MSn-based quantitation approaches is summarized and the advantages and disadvantages are compared. The trend of MSn-based quantitation is also prospected.
