摘要
On October 17, 1994, NTT International Corporation (NTTI) celebrated the 9th anniversary since its establishment. Prior to the anniversary, NTTI executed full reorganization of its corporate structure in July. The main purpose of the reorganization is to enhance quick decisions by top management and active internal communications to cope with further competition. From this point of view, NTTI divided 4 business sectors into 10 independent departments in accordance with its business unit.
