In the article is specified on dignities lacks of professional preparedness of workers of law enforcement authorities, the differentiated analysis of factors cooperant to efficiency of power detention of offenders is given, recommendations on perfection of the system of psyholoqy-physical preparation in high schools of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are offered.
