Restoration and conservation of the pre-Romanesque church of Santo Adriano de Tunon

The effected works developed a project that was assuming in its entirety the conservation of the architectural complex that has come to the present days, understanding as such the constituted by the pre-romanes-que building and the modern added, and excluding the cemetery attached in the northern front, which presence has contributed from his creation a constant deterioration of the monument. Taking as a reference the different actions the building was object from the middle of the last century, of whom there are enough documental evidences, there was made an action based on three basic aims: To give punctual response to questions that have stayed without resolving in a satisfactory way, to correct the ineffective solutions and to rectify anomalies caused by the lack of attention and for the natural course of the time.
