UKRAINIAN HIGHER HUMANITARIAN EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN STANDARDS

摘要
The current tendencies of higher liberal education in Ukraine are defined in the article as well as the strategy tasks and the main ways of modernization of the Ukrainian higher liberal educational system according to the European standards are characterized. Introducing the principles of the Bologna process is a factor of European integration of Ukraine and means to improve citizens' access to quality education requires a fundamental reform of the structure and content of education, technology education, their financial and methodological support. Formation of a national higher education qualifications, which agree with the Framework for Qualifications of the European Higher Education Area will contribute to its further certification in European and world structures. Therefore, academic mobility becomes an integral part of modern education and grow in the future. However, for Ukraine to establish an effective international academic mobility in the context of European integration is real only through creation of productive national mobility, the legal framework, organizational and economic mechanism, identification of sources of funding and Preparedness Partnership. Reforming the Ukrainian education will create a single European country with higher labor market training, provide staff and student mobility by standardizing higher education degrees. At the same time increasing the level of competition in the education market, it will force universities to improve their image by improving the quality of education and be able to provide a level of expertise that ensures the student in the future of employment in the European labor market.
