Most JCAF readers are well versed in accounting issues, and probably believe they are recovering all the vendor credits their company or their clients are entitled to. Unfortunately, says the author of this article, the data shows something entirely different. Vendor credits are evaporating at an alarming rate, and their rightful owners are not even aware of it.
