摘要
This article is a review that shows the possibility of using the Services quality dimensions to insert parameters to the evaluation of a course through the e-learning. The article refers to the e-learning administration course, which is offered by Brazilian Federal Institutions of Higher Education (IFES) to participate in a pilot project agreement with the Open University of Brazil (UAB). The quality dimensions in services, as the participants involved in the course, are suggested to utilize the experiences and perceptions highlighted, to create real criteria to make the assessment of the course.
