摘要：
An analytical method for optimization of aplanatic homogeneous refracting planar waveguide lenses is proposed. It is based on the use of the third-order aberration theory and stigmatic refracting contours. The wave aberrations of analytical optimized aplanatic lenses are studied using combination of ray tracing and Huygens-Fresnel construction.
