摘要：
The Open Government has emerged as a new linchpin of efforts to improve government capacity and modernize public administration under the principles of transparency and openness, participation and collaboration. In this article is approached to the evolution of the concept and his revitalization that they it has turned into a new paradigm that promises to strengthen the democratic systems and to improve the public management.
