Hannah Arendt, dir. M von Trotta (2012). International lawyers typically encounter Hannah Arendt through the controversy of her famous trial report, Eichmann in Jerusalem. In light of a recent film about the writing and reception of her report, the article suggests that the cinematic reproduces the juridical through new metaphors that capture the broader significance of the trial. © 2014 The Author.
