摘要：
The organisation of the production process on the basis of cells permits firms to achieve excellent operating performances regarding both efficiency and efficacy, thus improving their competitiveness. The construction of a cell system requires careful design of both system structure and operational procedure. In this paper the Zanussi-Electrolux experience in setting up the Susegana (North of Italy) plant, characterised by a cell lay out, is described.
