摘要
Approximation between two social groups, the first being a social group that communicates through sign language against those used by most people, requires a process of adaptation, in order to ensure that communication between the parties. Timely communication between deaf and hearing people can be achieved through strategies and inclusive communication tools. At the beginning of the year 2013 the articulation and Inclusion program proposal to the Superior Council of the UNIECCI to begin the process of Inclusion for deaf people in the institution; after being approved the proposal, began the process offering the UNIECCI vocational training programs. They started 12 deaf students in the technology in development informatics program. This gave way to the design of strategies and tools that enable easy access and communication of this population to within the institution. Through Association No. 1143 of 2013 Agreement signed between the Ministry of national education and the UNIECCI in partnership with the National Federation of the deaf of Colombia, created Software for spatial location for deaf, Visual alarms, signaling of Headquarters and units of the UNIECCI using Colombian sign language and was partially the translation of the website of the UNIECCI that allowed to improve the process of communication between the deaf and hearing students within the institution.
